Potpuno je normalno da postoje dani kada se svatko od nas osjeća grozno, tužno, ljuto... kada ima osjećaj da ga drugi ne razumiju ili ne žele razumjeti.
Kako bi bilo da imate šansu reći osobi koju najviše volite na svijetu, ili nekome za koga znate da bi vas poslušao, sve što vas muči, a da ne naiđete na osude...? Biste li to htjeli doživjeti? E, pa, možda ima načina.
Zamislite mjesto koje vas najviše ispunjava pozitivnom energijom, koje je vaše sigurno utočište i sidro koje vas može uhvatiti ako vas vjetar pokuša odnijeti. Zatim zamislite tu najdražu osobu, koja se upravo u ovom trenutku nalazi pored vas. Ne govori niti riječi, već čeka da vi počnete. Recite joj sve što vas muči, urlajte ako treba, šutnite nogom kamen koji vam se našao na putu... izbacite sve svoje otrovne emocije iz srca.
Osoba pored vas pričekala je da se smirite, a onda vas je nježno zagrlila. I krenuli ste natrag, u stvarnost.
