Crashed first day. Sent to Bizcom for warranty repair. Ryan from Bizcom calls and says SSD doesn't work and they will not be fixing computer. He told me the SSD is not original equipment and they won't touch it. Amazon assured me the computer was new from factory! What the heck is going on?Computer is being returned broken. Amazon has been GREAT and will replace. Amazon checking into the situation.Asus advertises 2 year warranty....good luck! They wouldn't fix mine after 8 hours.
