Vacation Novosel Rural holiday home built in 1903. Banjsko Selo is a quiet village near Karlovac and is surrounded by several hills. It is situated between four beautiful rivers, Korana, Mrežnica, Kupa and Dobra. At number 5 is our house that was built 1903rd. We restored the house to the smallest detail to preserve the original shape of the house and respect the tradition and architecture of our region. Preserved the authenticity of the period of its construction, building on the basis of modern standards to which we are accustomed. The kitchen and dining room is equipped with all appliances-fridge (a bottle of homemade wine and spirits free of charge), washing machine and cooker. Large and comfortable living and dining room with fireplace which provides a wonderful atmosphere in winter. Upstairs is a bedroom with a king-size bed and a separate part which contains 2 beds (+1 extra). Cot available on request. The bathroom has a toilet, bathtub, sink, and is heated by electric heaters. The entire house is air conditioned. Outdoor fireplace, barbecue grill. In the yard is a large summer house for the 15 people, and you can feel free to invite your company. Deck chairs and parasols can be set according to your wishes anywhere in the yard. Parking for several vehicles. Coverage for all cell phone signals. Swimming - Summer Vacation From the closest beach to the Korana (Meniki i Kamenje) is about 1.5 km. From the nearest beach on the river Mrežnica is about 4 km (Duga Resa public beach). Of the two most famous beaches on the river Korana, Donji Velemeric and newly renovated Sculac is about 5 km. About 6 km distance to the two most famous beaches on the river Mrežnica and Camp Belavici Slapić. Island of Love is on the other side of the river Mrežnica. Rafting and canoeing Do you want to explore the river flows into the Korana and Mrežnica? In collaboration with our dear friends, "the old mill Koran" offer all-day trip that includes a minimum of 6 persons. Mountaineering Spa village is situated between two mountain resorts which lead to marked trails, and Martinščak Vinica. The details can be viewed at Croatian Mountaineering Association or the site Martinščak HUD and HUD Vinica. Fishing This is the only place in Croatia where you can fish in four fishing rivers. Many fishing clubs in Karlovac and Duga Resa sell fishing permits. Riding In collaboration with our dear friends Equestrian Club "Barilović" You can spend the weekends riding thoroughbred horses by river and retina or visit the surrounding hills and Martinščak and Vinica and thus familiar to quite a new way the beauty of our region.
