    Why is Slovenia kicked out from EMA?

    Slovenian Majorettes Association (MZS) is excluded from membership of EMA by article 11 alinea 2 of EMA Statute. EMA General Assembly discuss about MZS acting against EMA in last 3 years. Document has 20 articles with many evidence. Summary of the document: was sent to all memebers.

    EMA clearly point that this decision is not against Slovenian teams but against MZS leadership. If teams wants to join EMA or will change leadership EMA will allow them to become members again.

    Decision was voted unanimously by all members.

    I do not understand what the difference is between:

    •written resolution of the competent body of member of EMA about withdrawal from the membership;(11,2) and
    •striking out from the membership. (11,4)

    This then means that the Slovenes themselves decided to leave EMA and there were no disciplinary measures??? Then why are you writing that they have been excluded??
