against: ŽARKA Čanađija, Chief becomes Bjelovar
- The crime of unlawful deprivation of liberty under Article 136 Paragraph 1 Criminal Code.
On 03 July 2013., at 19.15 hours on my home phone 433-520, from your mobile phone 091/572-30.77, he called me by my acquaintance Mirko Fucijaš from Brezovec, Sports 7th, where we said that the fear is in mortal danger, and let him help and let immediately come to Brezovac. In doing so, I said to her husband, Mirko is in psychiatry. The next day, 05th July 2013., at 15.15 hours left alone on Psychological therapy department of the Bjelovar to visit Mirko Fucijaš.
I found him in a room number 10, lying on the bed, he got up and then I noticed that his bed under video surveillance, and in talking to him I learned that Mirka Fucijaš the alleged domestic violence, according to my aunt who lives with them in home, forcibly detained first in PP Bjelovar, where he alkotestirali, and a breath test showed 0.00 per mille of alcohol, and then interrogated with the police against him were very sharp, but it was not abused. Mirko he also told me that it was after about two hours by police on the orders of Chief Police Station Zarko Čanađija, forcibly taken to a psychiatric ward Bjelovar General Hospital, where he was received by the attending physician, who is also Head of the Department, Dr. Vincent Čatipović, and there hospitalized. Immediately after the stay in the hospital, they gave him two injections, and they tied him to the bed so he was lying 12 hours, although he was not opposed to anything. In doing so, he could not even go to the toilet, nor could he drink water.
