23.01.2013., srijeda TREĆA EKSPLOZIJA U CENTRU ZAGREBA
GLAVNI GRAD POSTAO JE NESIGURAN U KOJEM JE PRORADIO TERORIZAM
Na Trgu bana Jelačića odjeknula je nova eksplozija oko 2.30 sati ujutro. Lakše je oštećen spomenik bana Jelačića, policija je obavlja očevid te priopćila da šteta nije velika. Građani su zabrinuti zbog svoje sigurnosti.
Zagreb su u siječnju 2013., potresle dvije snažne eksplozije, u srijedu 9. siječnja u Podsusedu, te 11. siječnja na autobusnoj stanici na Aleji Bologne. U drugoj eksploziji ozlijeđen je Vojislav Blažević kojeg policija sumnjiči da je naprave i postavio.
Želi se u javnosti umanjiti događaj pa između ostaloga govori se da snažna detonacija je zvučala kao topovski udar. Teroristi koriste plastični eksploziv a očito u tom trenu nije bio dobro postavljen. Zaboravlja se da veliki broj branitelja ima razno oružje, bombe i druga eksplozivna sredstva kod kuće. Politička situacija u zemlji je vrlo loša.

Predmet: Dopuna Kaznene prijave od 15. 02. 2013. Protiv Žarka Čanađije
Dana 19. veljače 2013. godine u 07.30 sati pristupio sam kao okrivljeni pred Prekršajni sud Bjelovar u predmetu broj: 2-J-534/12.
Bio sam iznenađen kada se na glavnoj raspravi nisu pojavili tužitelj i svjedoci. Pošto sam na sudu o sebi dao sve podatke između ostaloga sam imao i tri prigovora:
1. Rekao sam da imam primjedbu na točnost sudovanja, zakazana rasprava za 07.30 sati započela je 15 minuta kasnije (na taj način mi se oduzima dragocjeno vrijeme).
2. Pitao sam: tko dolazi na suđenje ujutro u 07.30 sati, pa to nema nigdje.
3. Neuredno ste mi dostavili poziv, koji mi je uručen samo četiri dana prije održavanja glavne rasprave. Kazao sam da na taj način ugrožavaju se moja prava zagarantirana Zakonom i Ustavom RH.
Pitao sam gospodina sudca Damira Lakliju: imate li Vi Pravilnik o vođenju sudskih i prekršajnih postupaka. Za mene takav sudski postupak je vrlo neozbiljan – povrijedili ste sve zakonske norme.
Sudac Darko Laklija inzistirao je da dam svoju obranu kad sam već tu došao.
Ja sam mu rekao da Optužni prijedlog je lažan i zlonamjeran, da ako sam ja počinio nešto što se kosi sa Zakonom, zašto nitko nije danas došao na raspravu i da me tu tereti:
- Laž je da sam kršio red i mir. - Laž je da je prekršaj utvrdila policajka Suzana Cindrić - Laž je da se događaj zbio u 00.05 sati.( (Broj. 511-02-05/1-PUOP-527/12) od 09.09.2012.godine.)
Protiv potpisnika Optužnog prijedloga Žarka Čanađije podnio sam kaznenu prijavu, zbog montiranog procesa i proganjanja odnosno zbog zloupotrebe položaja i ovlasti u policiji.
Tko je u ovom slučaju i pozvao policiju?
Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu stavljam na znanje da se radi o sustavnom fingiranju i namještanju lažnih prekršaja. Na ovaj način stvaraju se i materijalni i svi drugi troškovi.
