    Is it true that in nonformation - duo - can not compete together a girl who is aged 13 and girl aged 16? Can they apply the senior class?

    That would be against Rulebook.

    8.1.3. Single majorette can compete as nonformation just in her age category.

    Of course. Single does not mean solo, but «every».
