  • What about

    Im wondering about Rafa Hanriot playing under the name of Josh Luckstone, who does play in XRPS/Judgement but still poo over XRPS and the management, he speak the worse of the place and also the players but still goes there to inject his poison as he master the art of going in IMs and make people fight each other uthing as much as bullshit as he can make up.
    He also refused to ask a unban for his main toon Rafa, so what is the deal with pussy people?

    Rafa actually asked to be unbanned many times. He's asked me while I was in Judgement and Nixi. The reason he wasn't unbanned was because we were concern how the remaining players would react to in. Considering that the remaining families were the ones that fought him.
    Asking around we did find that most didn't mind his return but we did have a few staff members at that time who disagreed. Those same people are admins now in Judgement. So I doubt his ban will get lifted anyway.

    As for Josh Luckstone being around in Judgement, I honestly didn't know it was Rafa. Izze had claimed to have banned all his alts not just from the sim but from XRPS as well. So I thought it was a done deal. I wasn't able to check for IPs myself and know what alts tied with who.

    So Josh Luckstone, slipped under the radar. Me and Nixi decided to let it be and see how he would interact with the community and see if we get any admin calls involving him. If Josh did start trouble in people's IMs then those people didn't call an admin. Which really makes me wonder why do some people try to take honor and pride in not making admin calls. It's really stupid to be honest. I rather they make calls and let us decide if it's something dock worthy or not.

    I looked in the past about Rafa and checked his past calls. I can tell you that most are about him saying the right things to piss people off. Which.. I find amusing how easily he was able to anger other players. It makes me wonder why I never got that kind of hatred that him and Draven had. I was nearly as good as those two in combat, and was a bitch when it came to RP. I tortured, raped, smashed people's faces on the concrete, fired a few extra bullets in their faces, fleshcrafted lips shut, curb stomped people.. the lists go on..!

    Yet.. I never seen the hatred those two amassed. Is it the boobs? Or did the sly IC/OOC comments really did it? Either way... sly IC/OOC remarks are worthy of docks not lengthy bans and to a player who value's their combat skill a dock is more painful than any ban.

    sorry is just the way it is

    , i know rafa many years and he has good and bad quality and he not proud of his past too sometimes, he draw a crowd and players go after him, maybe they not concerned bout you cos you are not star player just a thought

    You argued that you are not in the USA and that Zia does not know how it feels to have a war in her backyard. Well, you do not know how it is when it comes to Jobs and RL information especially in the US and especially if you are in the field of computers and technology. Many companies "google" your name and find out about you in twitter, facebook..etc as part of your resume.

    A lot of people care what goes on the Internet, cause it can mean the difference between getting a job or staying unemployed; or even getting fired.

    SL is SL, and RL is RL, always has and always be, never mix the two unless you have the persons permission to do so. Yes, there are rules, and boundaries not to be crossed. You crossed many of them when you revealed Baron and Izze's RL information.

    Final thoughts, Just because something is ok for you, doesn't mean it's ok for other people.

    if it was just rafa wihtout his threatening IM, trying to tell every girl what they should do of there SL and RL then maybe he would be someone that people wouldnt mind.
    But he have played way to much people at the same time and everyone knows it, if some people dont make admin call for those stuff its jsut cause they know there is nothing to stop him from threatening when he goes out of the sim and continue to send his dirty IM.

    He is and will stay someone who have a miserable life and try to ruin the happyness of other.
    Sick and totaly knows how to trick people head, making them fight agaisnt each other etc. His "game" is all bullshit and there is no difference between him or his alt Josh or any other of his alts.

    this josh is rafa , i would prefer a ip check to be sure, but yes it looks like him - i am prepared to see how this weekend goes - moniotr the calls - out of interest more than anything - as rafa he has still been told no for now - so let me have a chance to see how he acts on an alt more out of curiousity than anything.

    Yes real life is real life but when some players choose to use their positions in a draconian fashion to lie cheat and of course steal there needs to be some form repercussions. One only needs to look to the current events to see that in my country we put thieves in prison just ask Bernard Madoff about prison life. Of course there is the natural tendency to point fingers at someone else for their own bad behavior such as a person who offers another a sim to leave established sim chain bribery but just as responsible is the person who lets greed and self serving needs be their watchword. In all honesty when I not off doing things and stuff for the army I give the goings on of certain individuals a bit of casual attention. It ends there although I do find izzes antics to be humorous and at the same time sad, bordering on pathetic.

    @HV member.. in my prime in NOR.. I was able to take out Jay and Bella combine in combat while I was a healer. Jay taught Draven how to fight. Back in NOR, I also was the commander to Tzildaris which was the strong right hand of Axis and was able to hold back most of the Draks on our own. Later in NOR, I became second in command for Vashar who was able to fight head to head with Axis solo most of the time. I'm not trying to tute my horn here, but I did just as well as those two, I just wasn't as hated.

    As for Rafa himself.. yes I don't know him well enough but from what I seen there isn't much there. So whoever had problems with him didn't care to report much of his actions to admins. As I said I'm going from the old calls I saw in Judgement and from that alone there is little evidence to condemn him to a perma ban.

    Good name choice by the way... however what you posted there is something in the admin forums AFTER we discovered Josh Luckstone was Rafa. So it's nice to see that some admin in Judgement is trying to stir shit here.. hmm.. who could you be.. oh right.. hi Kiki!

    i know how i might sound contradictor now, but i agree with you and i understand how this might be a big problem, especially in cases of IT business....however, if it is so, then such people should NOT let themselves to act like that, pretending to be something they are not....its not then just about community, its about themselves....matter of precautious...just like POLICE OFFICER is 24/7, 365 days in year on his "duty", no matter is he on vacation or at work at this moment, he is representative of law, a role model of society...he must be precautious and keep in mind his attitude all the time...if he cant do that, then it is his problem and he should step off.....simple as that....

    if i know how my behavior in any place or case might jeopardize my existention and my daily life....i would think TWICE before going the way that might compromize me in society...or simply, i would not be an "police officer" or any kind of title that would make me be expected to act in frames of society norms....maybe a bit hypocrit, yes, but as long as someone is UP, those who are below have right to point a finger and criticize....so, Baron and Izze in this case should be aware of that and accept the risk of what was served to them now, all coz of their own actions...finally, if they did play honest and straight way, most of things wouldnt happen there...

    @FORBIDDEN THOUGHTS OF XRPS: Don't people have the right to make mistakes? Aren't we all humans in here? I am sure you are not a saint! Even saints make mistakes.

    Two wrongs doesn't make right, nor does it help a situation. A police example isn't exactly the same as the matter at hand. However, i get your point. A police officer is sworn to comply and even those make mistakes. When they do, they are either forgiven or discharged quietly based on their mishap.

    If we go about kicking all police men and women for making mistakes, and not being perfect role-models we will certainly have wrote our doom letter.

    Just something to think of.. "to mistake is human to forgive is divine."

    Yes people have the right to make mistakes HOWEVER most people realise they have made a mistake, if they don't people generally let them know quite rapidly they have made a mistake, normal people then apologise and correct the mistake.

    To forgive someone for making mistakes (lets face it, its not one mistake its many) people have to first accept and admit to making mistakes, sadly in this case Izze and Baron can't see their own mistakes, they lie to cover lies, Im quite sure as they have been lying for so long about so much, neither of them know the truth.

    How can we forgive people who insists doggedly despite all the evidence they have done nothing wrong? That they only did what they thought best for the community, you know, lying, covering up, stealing, manipulating - all in the best interests of the community!

    Everyone else is evil, they are the innocent victims!! *rolls eyes*

    Anyways regardless...

    Way to go on destroying a community, the field will once again thin out to a bunch of branched off empty sims where the different circles of freinds will once again try re-create something that will never be again, while the dramas and tensions will remain the same,the same idiot drama players will move to a new sim history will repeat...the same meter will be ripped and re-coded just with different names...the same bugs and flaws will remain..dominance stack anyone? yea because its the only stat area that ever did anything usefull and remains the same to this day on all this meters...... do something new do something unuiqe please anyone?

    If you want to play and mmorpg i sudgest playing on a platform desinged for it sl is not the place.

    Overall the people that suffer the most is the normal player who comes for fun each day which in theory is wat these places are design for, shame there are retards with nothing better to do than create pointless dramas and filter out and destroy these sims.
