    JJA - posudi mi zakonitog za ove kolace. uvijek me strah raditi dizano tijesto.

    Hehehe, zakoniti...
    Lipa Mare - Može s lisnatim ali onda bi ih individulano stavljala na pleh (s back papirom), i bez polijevanja mlijeka ali onda je to naravno nešto sasvim drugo! ;)

    Izgleda yummy. Obozavam kad stavis neki recept jer sve lijepo objasnis. Ja upravo radim listu bozicnih kolacica pa ako imas kakvu ideju slobodno nabaci neki fancy sa nekom finom cokoladom. ;)

    super izgleda, jel nam mozes samo objasnit ovo rasno, jel to dio ostrog brasna a drugi dio glatkog brasna?

    Evo ovako: Pastry flour je brašno s nižim postotkom proteina, to bi kod nas bilo brašno sa biskvitne kolače, dok bi Bread flour bilo najsličnije našem brašnu 850, ali možeš koristit i obično 550 ;)

    Dear Tea,
    these pastries look very yummy!
    May I ask you why you use pastry flour for this recipe? I was always told that pastry flour has very little gluten, and therefore would never use it for yeast doughs,
    Did you bake the little Buchteln in muffin tins, at a rather low temperature to keep it from browning too much?

    Thank you!! It is not stricly pastry flour, it's a blend of both bread and pasty, so it's a bit more tender crumb, not just bread flour as if you were making bread. True, just pastry would've been to weak ;)
    I baked Buchteln in little paper cups, on 180C and they didn't get much color on the sides because of that, so it was an accident!
