    Narodi i narodnosti ovog podneblja dokazuju tvoju tezu: mozak je svakako negdje drugdje!
    Duša je, kao što znamo, u Rusiji, i tamo ju je već istražio Dostojevski. Jasno da Freudu nije ostalo drugo nego istraživati podrum te duše, pardon, ne baš te, bezdane, slavenske, nego uredne, pospremljene, germanske.
    Um je sebe domislio u Hegelovoj glavi, a malim, svakodnevnim smislom pozabavio se jednom za svagda Frankl.
    Kao što vidimo, sve smo to elaborirali, i sad bi mirno mogli umrijeti, kad smrt ne bi bila ne samo alogična i bizarna, nego, kao što točno kažeš, i sasvim neizvjestna, od čega je pak strahovao Hamlet.
    Užasno u svemu tome jest da smo mi današnji, kao što pokazujem, tek fus-nota Povijesti: sve je već obavljeno, bez i prije nas, i nama ostaje jedino baviti se kozmetikom, kao Joker.
    Ono što će iza nas ostati, ono je što od njega preostaje u Burtonovom "Batmanu": smijeh s onu stranu (Jokerove) smrti, rigor mortis.
    A što to znači?
    Pa naravno, imamo posla s death driveom: jednom je Žižek mislio da je "Death drive is that which persists beyond life and death. Again, it's precisely what, in my beloved Stephen King's horror/science fiction terminology he calls the "undead": this terrifying insistence beneath death, which is why Freud links death drive to the compulsion to repeat. You know, it can be dead, but it goes on. This terrifying insistence of an undead object."
    Danas sasvim jednostavno misli da je to druga riječ za besmrtnost.

    "compulsion to repeat"... zanimljivo uvijek sam imao, mislio sam, posve osoban osjećaj da se život sastoji od ponavljajućih situacija. ali ne u smislu svakodnevne rutine, nego je riječ o situacijama koje se javljaju možda par puta godšnje ili rijeđe, a vezane su za određene osjećaje egzistencijalne frustracije, nagrizajućeg prisustva i čekanja za neku stvar koja nije potrebna ni meni ni drugima, ali mora se...
