Hvala! Obozavam sir, obozavam vaniliju i okusati cu se i u ovome :-)

    Sretan Bozic!

That looks really delicious! How do you figure out which recipe you want to use when you browse a huge site like Epicurious?

Oh, you really managed to make them before Christmas Eve! Bravissima! :-)))
Too bad I couldn't be there to help you figure out if they tasted as they're supposed to. *grin* I have eaten them all the way down to Palermo (where they definitely make the best tasting one).
Have you ever heard of Sfogliatelle napoletane? They are made with puff pastry and also filled with ricotta, but baked not fried. I love them! In Washington there's an Italian Deli (Vacci on Connecticut Ave NW., close to the main entrance of the Zoo, if you should ever happen to go there) which makes a pretty decent sfogliatella. This sweet comes from the Amalfi Coast, they say it was first created by nuns in the Santa Rosa cloister there (not too far from Naples and Salerno).
    Merry Christmas!
