    This is a very intriguing way to decorate a cake!
    Are you passing with a little blow torch over the surface of the meringue?
    Good thing I basically only eat cake at Demel's twice a year, the Anna-Torte.
    The rest of the year strudel, apple or whatever the season offers, apricot, cherry (that one was divine this year!), yesterday they had a grape strudel, but I didn't have the time to linger and eat. :-( I hope they make it again!
