Ako treba vama,a ako ne pomozite prijateljima :)
 Budući da sam i sama imala problema sa viškom kilograma i znam kako je to, željela bih podijeliti ovu dijetu s onima koji imaju iste probleme ili prijatelje s takvim problemom. Ja sam smršavila 20 kg,ali na jedan drugi način koji nema posebne formule(samo odlučnost i jako puno fizičkog kretanja)jer nisam tada znala za ovu dijetu. Međutim i dalje imam višak kilograma.Samo što ja sam se prihvatila sada ovakvu pa što ću! Ali za one kojima je dijeta potrebna jer imaju stvarno puno kilograma ili za one koji se samo žele osjećati bolje u svojem tijelu,preporučujem ovu dijetu. I moja majka i moj brat i ja smo bili na njoj(ja nešto kraće jer mi nije bilo potrebno),rezultati su bili pozitivni,a uvjeravam vas da je količina hrane sasvim dovoljna i nema gladovanja. Osim toga jede se sva vrsta hrane,te na toj dijeti mogu biti i vegetarijanci. Možda izgleda komplicirano,zahtjeva malo vremena za kuhanje(ali sve su jednostavna jela koja se brzo skuhaju),ali čim se naviknete nema problema. Najvažnija je naravno odlučnost! Dakle dijeta izgleda ovako: Za doručak uvijek dvije voćke u paru(ne banane)  1.DAN-proteinski dan Možeš jesti meso(dva do tri komada) u kombinaciji sa sirom(u slučaju da uzmeš manje mesa) sa jednom do dvije fete crnog kruha(moj savjet jedna i to što tanja).Drugi izbor su ti jaja(nije označena količina) također u kombinaciji sa sirom(ako želiš) i kruhom.Važno je da se uz to šta jedeš pojede što više salate ili tako nečeg(krastavci,cikla,paprika...) jer poboljša probavu i «napuni» te pa imaš izuzetan osjećaj sitosti.Druga važna stvar je da ako si za ručak jeo/la meso moraš i za večeru i tako isto i s jajima.Samo za večeru moraš pojesti upola od onog što si pojeo/la za ručak.Bit toga je da u jednom danu jedeš što sličnije tako da se probava ''usredotoći'' na određenu hranu koju potom lako probavi(što je važno za dijetu) *poslje ručka trebaš popiti 2dcl juhe(bez pašte)(mada mislim da nije neizbježno piti juhu) *samo ovaj dan se smije piti mlijeko i konzumirati ostale mliječne proizvode 2.DAN-ugljikohidratni dan Mozeš jesti rižu,krumpire,grašak,fažole...(napominjem:bez ikakvih dodataka poput mesa...) Da ti ne dosadi ta prehrana preporučam da krumpire jednom spečeš u rerni,jednom si napraviš pire(ali nemoj ih peci u ulju,frigati i sl. jer su ti to samo dodatne masnoće) Tu također vrijedi pravilo da za veđeru jedes upola manje nego za ruđak.Mislim da je kruh dozvoljen,ali je bolje da ga ne jedeš jer ćes tako unesti ''vrstu hrane'' manje u sebe pa će sve ostati samo na ugljikohidratima.Također treba jesti što vise salate i sl.. 3.DAN-škrobni dan Za ručak ti preporucam paštu sa salsom ili samu jer sa šugom od mesa ne smiješ jesti,a niti sa sirom.Drugo dozvoljeno je pizza ali samo sa salsom(točnije tjesto od pizze sa salsom).Kao što vidiš tu se opet prehrana ograničava na škrob(salsa je tu neutralna).Za večeru možeš pojesti 2-3 kolača(naravno ovisi o veličini) ili krišku torte.Ja sam si pekla tri palačinke kada nisam imala ništa drugo.Ne smiješ zaboraviti pojesti rebro gorke čokolade jer postoji mogućnost da dođe do alergije pa je time spriječiš. 4.DAN-voćni dan Cijeli dan jedeš voće.Za doručak dvije voćke u paru kao i uvijek,a kasnije tokom dana razno voće.Nigdje ne piše koje određeno pa pretpostavljam da su dozvoljene i banane.Ja sam si za ručak radila voćnu salatu kao i za večeru,nastojeći da to budu dva obroka (ručak,večera),ne da jedem cijeli dan(naravno ako sam bila jako gladna pojela bih neku voćku u međuvremenu). Ja osobno nisam jela više od dvije banane taj dan(jednu za ručak jednu za večeru)jer su banane jako kalorično voće. *što se tiče pića svih ovih dana trebalo/la bi piti vodu(osim prvog dana kad smiješ i mlijeko) jer drugo sve sadrži šećer.Kava se pije također bez šećera,kao i sve ostalo.(to bi bilo kad biš se stvarno striktno drzao/la svega.Ja sam pila ponekada kavu sa šećerom jer nije to neko kršenje koje će jako naškoditi-iako moram napomenuti da jedna žlica šečera sadrži 16 kcal pa ako se kava dnevno pije često sa puno šečera onda svakako da će to omesti proces mršavljenja) **Dijeta traje tri mjeseca.Imaš mogućnost da smršaviš barem 15 kila(ovisno o tome koliko si se čvrsto držao/la svega).U sredini dijete nakon voćnog dana možeš(a ne moraš) imati vodeni dan kad cijeli dan piješ samo vodu tako da se potpuno isčistiš.Malo je naporan i nije obavezan,ali kažu(jer ja ga osobno nisam imala) da tu skineš dvije kile.Cilj ove dijete nije samo skidanje kila nego i promjena metabolizma.U tu svrhu moraš nakon ta tri mjeseca jesti još tri mjeseca za doručak voće(a ostale obroke kako želiš).Tako ti se kile neće vratiti i promijeniti će ti se metabolizam.Ali i bez toga kile ćeš skinuti.Napominjem još jednom da o tome koliko ćes brzo i koliko mršaviti ovisi o tvom pridžavanju i kršenju dijete. Da te ne obeshrabri u slučaju da kreneš na dijetu,kile se ne skidaju jednako cijelo vrijeme. Nakon što skineš koju kilu ima da po 10 dana i više ništa ne skidaš pa onda ideš opet par kila dole i tako... ***Alkohol je strogo zabranjen! (mada sam ga ja konzumirala svako toliko,ali i rezultati su zato bili slabiji-tako da na tebi je odluka) ****I za kraj nešto posve logično:ukoliko se uz dijetu i baite nekim sportom,rezultati će biti daleko bolji(no i bez toga,rezultati će se svakako vidjeti) Zamolila bih svakoga tko poznaje nekoga tko ima problema s težinom da mu preporuči ovu dijetu(naravno ako ta osoba želi smršaviti,odnosno ako želi nešto poduzeti). Tko god nije bio pretil ne zna kako je to,pogotovo kad si mlad,a i kasnije,stoga ja koja znam,nadam se da će ova dijeta pomoći mnogima jer nema ničeg ljepšeg nego se osjećati ugodno u svome tijelu. |
