Crveni espresso/The red espresso

Dragi Naši,
Već smo pisali o svojem oduševljenju serijom romana Prva damska detektivska agencija (klik, klik). A sad smo se dočepali i tek snimljene serije.
Budući da glavni lik Precious Ramotswe obožava rooibos čaj i čak smatra da se većina problema može riješit uz šalicu tega čaja min smo lipo svarili roiboos čaj i pogledali prvu epizodu. Baš kako i knjige, i seriju preporučamo svima. Može i bez rooibos čaja.

We already wrote how we like the novels by Alexander McCall Smith about the Precious Ramotswe and her No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency (click). And now we got the freshly made TV show about her.
Since Mma Ramotswe loves the red bush tea and she even considers that most problems can be solved with the cup of that tea we made a teapot of the red bush tea and enjoyed the first episode. We recommend it to all of you, just like we did the books. Red bush tea is not mandatory.




Rooibos smo inače prvi put probali kad smo došli u Nigdjezemsku i odma nas je podsjeti na čaj od kora od mindeli, što uopće ni loše. Od tadar ga redovito pijemo, i to kupujemo oni arefužo jer nan je puno boji. Sad kad smo gledali seriju malo smo pogledali i o rooibos čaju. I otkrili da se od njega može činit kako kafa odnosno crveni espresso (klik). Hm?
Budući da smo doma prikovani za kauč i mrvicu nam je dosadno išli smo isprobat to čudo. Na slici sa stranica red espresso izgleda prilično privlačno.

We first tried the red bush tea when we came to the Neverlands and we found it tastes like the infusion made from the almond shell. Which isn’t a bad thing at all. Since then we drink it regularly, and we even buy the loose red bush tea because it is much better. After seeing the show we wanted to know more about the red bush tea. And found out that it can be brewed into something like the coffee i.e. the red espresso (click). Hm?
Because we’re currently fixed at home and are a bit bored we decided to try that red espresso. It looks quite delicious on the photo from the red espresso site.


Promislili smo da bi bilo dobro malo samlit čaj. Da bude onako fin kako kafa. Improvizirali smo mlinac za kafu i koristili niki stari mikser. Ali nismo baš ništo uspili.

We thought we have to grind the tea. To make it more like the coffea. We tried to do that with the blender but we were’t really successful.


A što ćemo. Ni na red espresso nemaju samliveni čaj. Uglavnom stavili smo čaj u ono za činit kafu. Što bude bit će.

What can we do. Red espresso uses the un-ground tee, too. So, we put the tea in the espresso maker. Que sera, sera.


Ovo je rezultat. Crveni espresso, kao. Nema one lipe pine gore. Nikako je ritko. Okus je isti kako i od čaja. Doduše, ije crvene boje. Možda smo štogo falili? Ma ni nas briga, gremo pogledat drugu sezonu serije. red esspreso
This is the result. The red espresso. There is no foam on tom. It is a bit thin. It is red, though. Maybe we did something wrong? But who cares, let’s watch the second episode of the show.
