The winner of the 27th edition of the Macedonian music festival "Makfest" was the young Sara Markoska with the song "Posle Nego" (After Him).
She won the biggest amount of votes of the audience at "Makfest 2012".

The lyrics for "Posle Nego" were written by Magdalena Cvetkoska, and music/arrangement by Lazar Cvetkoski.
