With a long experience in the manufacturing of pizza-ovens, GAM introduces this model of modular oven, with innovative

ITS MAIN FEATURES Modularity: this line of ovens is made in single modules of 4,6, 9 pizzas, stackable up to 3 modules.
Energy saving: the use of special materials with high insulation capacity, the result of many years experience in the field of professional pizzerias, together with a gasket against high temperatures on the front of the door take the consumption of our ovens to what is strictly needed.
Large Baking chambers (M4: 70x70 cm; M6: 70x105 cm, M6G: 105x70 cm, M9: 105x105 cm), are completely made in stainless steel. Door with double glass with air space . Always in order to grant the perfect safety of the user, we have designed a door with innovative technical features. If the oven is used in the optimal exercise range (around or till 350°C), the external temperature of the door remains within those limits, which grants total safety from burning. The large glass surface allows the constant monitoring of the baking. The use of a system with hinges with springs allows the door to be released in a few second in order to proceed with the cleaning and/or maintenance, without the help of any tool, and grants, in the meantime, an always optimal closing. External structure: The panel is made completely in stainless steel. Temperature gauge in the control panel there is a temperature gauge indicating perfectly and in real time the temperatures inside the baking chambers. Baking surface:
bricks in refractory material certified for the cooking of the food are installed inside the baking chambers. Fastening steam discharger: the oven has a valve for the total or partial fastening of the smoke discharge. Module HOOD represents the upper terminal part of the oven. It collects the baking steams coming out by opening the door and it canalises them in the chimney flue. Lighting: ovens are equipped with internal lighting operated by a push button in the control panel. Temperature setting:
the temperature is set by electro-mechanical thermostats placed on the control panel with the possibility to regulate them from 50°C to 450°C.
TOP Version: it is possible to manufacture the baking chamber of the oven completely (bottom, top, sides and back) in refractory material.

Air valve for the U.S.S. Clamagore (SS-43), a Balao-class submarine (built by Electric Boat Co., Groton, CT) launched on February 25th, 1945, commissioned June 28th, 1945, and that served for 30 years during the Cold War. It was underwent GUPPY II conversion in 1948, and GUPPY III conversion in 1962. It was decommissioned in June 1975, and added to the Patriots Point fleet in 1981. It was finally designated as a National Historic Landmark in 1989, as it is the only GUPPY III submarine preserved in the US. It was originally 311'8", and moved to 325'6" after the GUPPY III conversion. It's beam is 27'2" with a draft of 17 feet and displacement of 1,800 tons after the GUPPY III conversion (1,525 original tons). It has ten 21-inch torpedo tubes.
