BABY AIRPLANE HARNESS

I finished this little blankie in a few days… Surprise! Surprise!… well to me anyway…
I had some of this yarn I had bought in New Zealand- thinking maybe a little jacket, then when I came home my daughter asked me if I could make it into a little blanket for her baby, for in the carseat & stroller/pram – so it’s only a little one [about 29” x 27”].
She got me some more yarn so I got right into it once it arrived but when I started I thought it might be a bit fine… it has a soft towelling texture so I decided to crochet it double… It has crocheted up to be so very soft & thick, so it will also be a great blanket for the baby to lie on.
Our other Grandies have come to calling this new bub, ‘Bubble’ as one of them reckons, that is what the baby looked like in one of the scans, so Bubble it is until we know the real name… ha ha
BTW… my model ‘doll’ has been very obliging once again.
