This image is probably more typical technically than the tower shot - it lacks sharpness & the contrast had to be increased somewhat. The knack to using these lenses to to take a lot of shots & a few of them will be useable. I took 15 pictures, 3 were worth bothering with. Although this lens has a fixed aperture of f8, its DoF is shallow. The Guildford branch of LCE were also kind enough to lend me the somewhat larger f6.3 version which I found too unweildy too hand-hold. The smaller lens is delightfully compact & very cheap at ?129.99! Glasses and Mirrors I liked those glasses . But now, it is broken :( . My Brother managed to sit on it in a way that would make the lens would pop out and render the frame useless ..
