Tagged! Tagged by my best friend Carlina :] These photos were taken when i was in the 8th grade. 1. I'm a 17-year-old Texas Native. 2. My first language was Spanish. 3. I've been dancing since I was 1 1/2 years old. Since then I have had a series of injuries including: a pinched nerve in my back, shin splints, pulled muscles, severe knee popping, severe shoulder popping, and so forth. Every day I wake up, my feet ache to the point of wincing at the slightest pressure. 4.I have ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder). I take medication for it every day. Some side-effects that effect me are anxiety, depression, panic-attacks, and hunger issues. 5. I have a brother and a half-brother who i regard completely as just my brother. 6. I have never dyed my hair in my life even though I've sort of wanted to. I'm way too afraid of losing my natural color. I could never dye it back, since it's so unique. 7. My boyfriend and I will have been dating for three years on January 11, 2009. I had asked him out first (he let me down gently), and then he asked me after seeing me at school the next day. I've liked him since I've seen him even though he made fun of me. Apparently little boys do pick on you when they like you :P 8. I've been made fun of all of my school life until 9th grade. People called me Beaver, because of my teeth, and made fun of my face and glasses. Now people don't waste their time making fun of me because they know I simply don't give a crap what they think because they're complete and total idiots who will never go far in life unless it involves makeup hair products and cheating. 9. If my schedule isn't insanely busy, i go insane. I need stress. I need a lot of things in my life. The Toy This was shot in a class setting, and the model was a beginner as well, but clearly a natural. I was pretty proud of the idea to give Eva something to play with. Not that it was completely original, but nobody else in the classroom thought of it, and everybody got good shots from it. Eva did her own makeup and hair. Overall, a great model. And - get this - she is a good photographer in her own right. She said she wanted to explore the other side of the business, so she branched our into modeling. The light was set up by the instructor, so I cannot take credit for it, and clearly it's a major component of the finished product. I take credit for giving the model a prop, posing her, picking the best shot out of a series, and post-processing.
