Chip Ticket Airline

Ketchup chips.. not just for Canadians anymore!
Ketchup chips have never been a common sight in the United States, just like Poutine and Coca Cola with sugar (instead of Corn Syrup). I'm a big fan of ketchup chips, so every time I would go on a trip to North Dakota for a weekend, we would stop at a grocery store, each and every time, I go empty handed for chips, mainly because ketchup chips are unheard of in the United States.
Now there's ketchup chips in the States! Old Dutch is now selling ketchup chips throughout the US, their ketchup chips have been a staple in Canadian prairie culture for decades now, so it's great it finally has arrived in the US. Compared to the Canadian classic Old Dutch ketchup chip.. it is VERY similar in taste and texture (while the potatos used in Canada seem to be bigger lol). I find that the American variety has a nicer crispier taste to it than the classic Canadian variety (probably has something to do with the oil used to cook them). Notice that there is an orange tinge to the chips, instead of a white to yellow colour to it. The ketchup salt is much more consistent than in Canada.. but one big downside is that the chips don't have "drenched in ketchup" chips, in Canada, you can get the random chip that is drenched in the ketchup, so much flavour but so delicious.
I'm glad that the awesome Canadian snack is now available state side!
lunch during a fly in Continental - El Almuerzo volando con Continental
I just found this photo. Last November I went to Costa Rica for a job and I
have to fly in Continental Airline. The ticket cost $1,200 in economic
class and this was what I got for lunch. One calzone (small one) with
cheese and jam, 3 (I repeated 3) grapes, one small snickers, and chips. I
am not a frequent flier but it is the poorest lunch I have had in a fly in
my live.

Acabo de conseguir esta foto. El noviembre pasado fui a Costa Rica por
trabajo y vole con Continental Airline. El pasaje costo 1.200 dolares en
clase economica y esto fue lo que me dieron por almuerzo. Un calzon de
queso y jamos (bastante pequeno), 3 uvas (repito 3 uvas), un chocolate
pequeno y unas papas. Yo no soy uno de eso que vuela frecuentemente pero lo
tengo que decir este es el almuerzo mas pobre que he tenido en mi vida.
