A Frozen Flower Review
- A Frozen Flower is a 2008 South Korean film directed by Yu Ha. The particularly controversial story is about the characters’ violation of royal family protocol and their pursuit of love. The film is set in Goryeo Dynasty Korea and stars Jo In-sung, Ju Jin-mo and Song Ji-hyo.

Future Photographer
My friend and I went to Las Vegas during this X'mas holiday. One of the nights, we were sick of gambling so we went out to take night scene photos. It was freezing in Las Vegas at night (only about 38F and very windy). After shooting 30 minutes, we could not stand for the cold and decide to head back to the hotel to rest a bit.
We went into Bellagio and found out they have X'mas decorations (it seems none of the other hotels/casinos have X'mas decorations). My friend and I decided to take some X'mas theme photos.
All of the sudden, a kid, is around 7-8 years old, walked around with a HUGE camera and taking photos of flowers!!! He took time to compose and adjust the settings on his HUGE camera. After each shot, he actually reviewed the photo and shot again after changed the settings.
Based on my other shots of this kid, he is holding a Canon EOS 40D with a 24-70mm f/2.8 L lens.
OMG... (and what a shame that I only can take a snapshot of him!!! I don't want to draw too much attention so I could not use my flash at all. All I can do is using ISO 6400.)
Fading Memories
As I sit at my desk in the freezing cold of a mid western winter, It is a joy to review these photos taken in the warm, Carmel sunshine
