I didn't have any fresh cilantro and almost didn't make these tonight, but oh! They are so yummy!

Here's the excellent recipe, courtesy of Dana Carpender, a low-carb cookbook author. I've changed it a bit to inexact measurements.

You need a jalapeno or two, depending on how spicy you like it, butter, lime or lime juice, and fresh cilantro, if you have it.

Melt the butter (about 3 T per pound of scallops) in a heavy pan, saute giant scallops for a bit, add some finely chopped jalapenos, cooks some more, squeeze half a lime in there, cook some more, then sprinkle with cilantro. Put sauce on the scallops when you plate them.

I bought frozen fresh scallops one month ago, and just got idea how to cook them till yesterday. It's to shallow fry scallops which has been surrounded by flour firstly, then put the boiled carrot, mushroom, dry-mushroom, when all of them done, it's ok. The internet recipes also mentioned cucumber for green which could be finally called "five-colors", I just didn't use it because no cucumber by hand.... such a long boring annotation....

but, anyway, it tastes good.
