Dnevnik.hr Welcome!  The Russo family appears to be a typical New York City family, but they are nothing of the sort. Alex, Justin and Max are everyday kids who also happen to be wizards in training. They're preparing for a test of their magical skills that will determine which one sibling gets to keep their powers. In each wizard family, only one kid is allowed to keep their powers when they grow up. Their father Jerry heads up wizard class when he's not busy running the family restaurant, Waverly Sub Station with their mom Theresa. Sibling rivalry is anything but ordinary as the Russo kids figure out they can use magic for everthing from household chores to getting even with each other. -C A S T:  -Selena Gomez as Alex Russo -Selena Gomez was born on July 22, 1992. For her passions, she enjoys cheer-leading, singing and acting. She's been acting since 2002 in her first TV debut on Barney and Friends as Gianna. Selena is very good friends with her old co-star Demi Lovato (who played Angela). Selena will pursue her acting career and will be in more movies and television shows to come.  -Jake T Austin as Max Russo -Jake is of Spanish and Polish orgin. He was born on December 3, 1994 in New York City, New York to his parents, Giny and Joey. He currently lives in Los Angeles, California. He has appeared in several commercials. Also he has voiced several episodes as Diego in the cartoon, Go Diego, Go, credited as Jake Toranzo Szymanski. As an avid sports fan, he enjoys skateboarding, basketball, soccer and many other sports  David Henrie as Justin Russo David Henrie was born on July 11, 1989 in Los Angeles, California. His family moved to Arizona when he was two years old and he grew up there, and he is the brother of fellow performer Lorenzo Henrie. When he was five years old, David signed a contract with a Screen Actors Guild agency based in Phoenix, and started going out to various auditions. Later on at the age of nine, while at a regional commercial shoot in Scottsdale, a director advised him and his family to move to Los Angeles.
