To change a 411 code into a 424 code, proceed as follows :

1. go to www.ukash.com
2. on the right, select "convert your Ukash" in the Ukash tools
3. enter first the 633718411xxxxxxxxxx ukash code and remaining value
4 then select below as currency : EUR - France
5, then simply follow instructions

Result : Your former 633718411 is now transformed in a 633718424 code

now simply do the same as before, but select the "combine your ukash" too to combine this transformed code with a newly acquired 424 code.
