Nothing is as simple as we hope it will be.

Sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.
Here's to the crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers, the round pegs in the square holes... the ones who see things differently -- they're not fond of rules... You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them, but the only thing you can't do is ignore them because they change things... they push the human race forward, and while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius, because the ones who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world, are the ones who do.
To believe in God or in a guiding force because someone tells you to is the height of stupidity. We are given senses to receive our information within. With our own eyes we see, and with our own skin we feel. With our intelligence, it is intended that we understand. But each person must puzzle it out for himself or herself.
There is an applause superior to that of the multitudes: one's own.
Our own physical body possesses a wisdom which we who inhabit the body lack.
O, it is excellent to have a giant's strength; but it is tyrannous to use it like a giant.
...happiness gives us the energy which is the basis of health.
