New Orleans a Race Against the Clock

The Army Corp of Engineers has their work cut out for them, if the breach in the levees are not stopped and the water drained soon, things will only get worse. There are many options such as using an inflatable dam or even to take some of those barges put them against the levee break and sink them in place with Cargo Containers on them filled with sand? Whatever they do, time is of the essence. The longer we wait the more damage to property once the water starts to decay the buildings they quick.
