I love reality tv.  I dont care much for sitcoms, dramas, emerald bowl because it seems as if its all been done before.  For me, watching unscripted television really mesmerizes me. 

One of the shows that I watch like a fiend is this seasons celebrity fit club.  I cant get enough of it.  I think theres a sadistic side to me for watching this particular show.  The reason being, celebrities seem to live in an alternate reality.  Laws that we abide by seem not to apply to them.  Take the current Lindsay Lohen ordeal.  With their huge bank accounts and lavish lifestyles, I cant help but wish I was one of them.  And since Im not, I cant help but love to watch them fall.  Mean, I know, but its true.

So in Celebrity Fit Club, you get goblurblog.blogspot.com watch celebs being everyday people.  The reason I say celebs in quotes is because you wont get an A-lister on the show, maybe not even a B.  Its either C or D-listers (Kathy Griffin youve got friends!)  (Would you believe it, as Im writing this, Kathys show is on right now on Bravo!)  Anyways, back to this.  So yeah, you get has-beens, celebrity fit club want to be it again.  Now I root for them, dont get me wrong.  I just feel heartened to know that they really are like you and I.

So this season was a real treat.  Marcia Brady is on.  Wow, shes definitely changed.  But shes still Marcia, and you gotta love her.  Then theres the Brat.  Shes feisty as ever and she lets you know whats what.  She doesnt mince words.  Kimberly Locke, beautiful girl with an amazing voice.  Everyone else, I really dont know much about. 

Now every season in practically every reality show, theres at least one character you just love to hate.  And surprisingly, its Dustin. Thats right Screech!!  The kid grew up and really has gone nowhere since Saved By The Bell.  Ive heard about him throughout the years, losing money, selling T-shirts, has a comedy speal, and now, has this sex tape.  Hes definielty a guy who cant get any more work in Holleywood and therefore is milking his celebrityness to death. 

Now some would argue that hes smart, which I concede to point.  But some would argue that hes stupid too.  Which I agree with as well.  Case being.  Hes on this show, under the guise of lossing weight.  But we know from practically the first episode that hes really here for more screen time.  So hes getting underneath everybodys skin, talking smack about everyone, and even challenging Harvey to a fight.  Now this guy has guts, or hes just stupid.  You can easily argue both sides.  But the point being, hes trying to get people to notice him again.  Now heres what I mean by him being both smart and stupid.  Yes hes smart because he managed to get himself onto this show and has positioned himself into being the nemesis of the season.  So every episode, whether hes in it or not, the show is going to mention celebrity fit club Bingo, more screen time.  Now I dont follow the mags or online stuff, so I have no idea what theyre saying, but I can safely bet hes being bantered around in cyberspace.  (Hey, thats what Im doing right now).  So hes smart, hes managed to stretch his minutes of fame into nother season of Celebrity Fit Club.  Ok, now heres where I call him dumb.   This guy has to think about his future moves.  Just like chess, youve got to be able to plan for the next couple of steps in order to win the game.  Right now, Dustins managed to ostrasize (spelling?) himself from practically every one.  Hes now pegged as the angry geek.  So what happens after the show is over?  What role will he be able to get in Hollywood now?  Because truthfully, hes not going to be able to it on his looks alone. Gag!!  So, in my opinion, hes buringing up his leads as fast as hes making them.  Plus, hes confusing the viewers, those bleeding hearts who want to accept him back into their arms.  Screech claims that these sex tapes were accidentally leaked, that he had no part in it, and that it was going to ruin his relationship with his girlfriend.  Fine.  But then northern right whale is he doing at a Sex Expo promoting and selling this tape for?  So is he the wounded soul, the geek from SBTB, or is he this coniving perv whos just looking for another way to get noticed?  I vote for the later.

Yuck!  Just thinking about this guy having sex really grosses me out.  That face of his makes me think of a donkey.  So if he claims that hes hung like a horse, Id say the only thing thats hung is that donkey nose of his.  Yeah cant stand him. 

But you know, without him, I dont think Celebrity Fit Club would be as interesting as it is.  So love him or hate him, it really doesnt matter.  For me, I just love to hate him.
