Greetings from Thailand

Here I am..in Phuket, Thailand...alive and happy. Flight was very long, I think around 42 hours all together but we made it.

Before caming to Thailand, we spend 2 nights in San Diego. We were sleeping first night in high schol gym and next day in church. Day before going to Thailand, we were working on promotion of Show on cast B and in the evening we had beach party at one of the California beaches. It was awesome.

So, we started our trip to Thailand on 15th August and we were traveling to Tokyo first. Flight was 110 hours long. At Tokyo airport we were waiting for the next flight for 2 hours and in that time I tried different flavors of rice cake, sake and some sweets. Flight to Bangkok was "only" 5 hours long. I was sleeping all time as I was tired. When we came to Bangkok, bus for Phuket was waiting for us and here we are now. We took bus around 1 in the morning and we came to Phuket around 1 at lunch time.

We had really nice welcoming - all students from high school waited for us in front of the building with flowers neckleses. I couldn't believe it. Host family is great. They don't speak english very much( or at all) but since now we managed to comunicate. Toilets are strange (they don't use toilet paper and you have bucket with water to flush toilet). Also, shower is in toilet room and they only have cold water. Food is very spicy, but until now I managed to avoid it. My host family live near Patanga beach where Tsunami happened few years ago. We didn't sea a lot of the beach as it was raining all day (we came in monsun season).

I don't have easy access to internet so don't expect crazy stories from me this week. I'll do my best to update you, but don't promise, and I promise that I'll update all Thai stories when I will have easier internet acces in Europe. Kisses from beautiful Phuket.
