So, today was (it still is) Friday 13th! Well, I’m not superstitious so I do not have to worry that something bed will happen to me.
What were we doing today?? Well, it was day full of different activities. After the morning meeting we had a presentation about the internships. There are several positions where we can apply and during the road we can do our internship.
Yesterday when we started to practice for the Show I was feeling a little bit insecure of what am I doing here as many people are really talented in dancing and singing and I haven’t danced and singed for ages, but after the morning’s discussion I really felt I found myself somewhere where I can help. Dancing and singing are great challenges for me and I’m going to do my best to learn as much as possible, but I feel that Marketing or Business Administration are really great internships in which I would like to get involved in.
After discussion about internships, there was also discussion about advanced team internship which is a position as settling the city before the cast arrives, so advanced team always travels one week before the cast.
In Monday we will finally found out with which cast we’ll be traveling with. Like, now we are separated in Red and Green group but there may be a lot of changes going on. I’m feeling a little bit frustrated and I’m not looking forward to Monday as I made some really good connections in Green group and I would feel really sad not to travel with those people anymore, but as there is nothing we can do about it, I have to find my piece and go on with my life. This is experience of the life time and I hope to get as much as possible from it.
After the lunch we had our dance lesions and we learned how to dance salsa. It was really fun and as we are learning more dances, I’m really looking forward to the Show. After dancing, we were singing and it was also fun. My throat is still a little bit soar and I cough every once in a while so I wasn’t able to sing as I’m used to. Well, I hope my cough will go over in Monday.
Wow… Monday is really going to be big day for me. Lot of changes is going to happen and also till Monday I have to decide if I would like to apply for advanced team internship.
We spent evening at home…watching the movie Breach. Great movie. So, I have to call it off tonight as I have to get as much as possible sleep for tomorrow as we are going to the Rocky Mountains.
