We had to woke up early in the morning to catch the bus to come downtown before 7.30. At 8 sharp our Opening ceremony has started. I was amazed how the people who were participants in last semester cast had performed us “the show”. Wow :) What a performance.
Before actually seeing the show, UWP director, Thomas Spaulding shared a few words with us telling us about UWP history and UWP today. It was inspiring hearing him to talk about his UWP experience 20 years ago.
After the show, we had some ince-breaking games which was fun and after that we were split in groups to get to know each other better. Group had around 10 people and we shared wit each other our goals, dreams and similar stuff from our background.
Than it was the lunch time and there was some strange vegetarian thing for me and one Finish guy who is also vegetarian. It tasted really spicy and strange, but it was ok. After that we had some more classes about what is culture and similar stuff.

Day was really long and I was looking forward to getting home to nice dinner ASAP. Before going to home, Faith and I took a nice cup of hot chocolate at Starbucks and finally we hit the bus to go home. When we came home, Diane was waiting for us with the nice dinner – wild salmon. It was really tasty.
So, I’m going to bed early as I’m feeling really tired. Day was full of activities and it’s just the beginning of our adventure.
