GETTING BACK INTO THE FLOW

With the current challenges our world is faced with, many of my clients have told me they can't seem to get back on track and focused. Their emotions range from fear to anger to mourning. Often, it's a mix of all of these emotions. Several of my clients have told me that they are so distracted by the media around the recent events that they keep focusing on the problems instead of what they can do to help themselves and others. My clients have also told me that they feel guilty when they focu.
