The Library, Athelhampton
Somewhat wrongly named in my opinion as the snooker table does rather dominate. I have replaced the original pic I posted because Mrs. Gazzat said it was rubbish and didn't show all the clutter or the two stag's heads clearly enough.
The staff of Athelhampton have no problem with photography inside the house (if they did it would make life rather difficult for the film crew !) but all the rooms are roped off or cordoned in some way making angles and lighting awkward. This library, for example, has access to it blocked by a wrought iron gate which looks quite incongruous.
White Fluffy Ruffle Lamp Shade
Bought this lamp shade fabric kit from Vintage Flair and it was much bigger than I had planned so I was able to make 2 shades out of it.
I added the lace and velvet ribbon.
