Long time no see, I know...
I really hope not to be away this long again. I am still here, being busy at work and enjoying every minute of my time off. I can smell the season, because we are getting so busy at work and I don't even want to think about December! But...I love what I am doing and 12 hour days isn't as bad as it sounds ;)
I have less than 4 months left at Daniel and it is the time for me to slowly ponder on what I will be doing next...and where! Having an amazing boyfriend who would love to go to Asia gives me a lot to think about. We will see, I shall keep you updated!



But NOW, let me introduce you to my favorite coffee place that I wrote so many times about - Stumptown. For months now I have been trying to visit their newest location, the brew bar, in Redhook Brooklyn.





There they roast the beans and have an enormous list of different coffees to taste not to mention all kinds of brewing techniques that I wish I could write more about in detail, but there was just so much information so instead, I took lots of photos to demonstrate!








Long story short, I still prefer my espresso drinks. I love strong, full bodied coffee, which is why I will always choose espresso.
And what was surprising to me is that they use the same beans for both espresso drinks and these types of brewing!
