This is how pretty my team makes things! This is an example of some work from the enriched dough station.
This one is a simple brioche filled with wild blueberries and lemon curd.
I was wondering how these donuts tasted so light, airy, not greasy at all, until I found out that they were made out of brioche dough! Oh my, I wish you could try it. No wonder it tasted like that! In case you don't know, Brioche is a highly enriched French bread that is high is eggs and butter (LOTS), and the final product has a very rich and tender crumb.
