Time to say goodbye The time has come for me to leave the place and people I will never forget. Demel was a fantastic learning experience and I will carry it through life while building up new ones. I am opening a new page in my life by leaving for New York with a big smile on my face, where I start my second year at the Culinary Institute. I want you to be aware that my future posts will be different from the ones I had now, but surely interesting enough. The next post will be from my new room across the ocean so get ready for a new experience together with me.
