I'm soooo sorry, I guess I got a little lazy...I was really busy actually. I was and still am working on my externship...By Friday you should now if I'm officialy accepted to DEMEL. Oh, this anticipation is killing me. By the way, Stacey got an e-mail already and she's going to Costa Rica!!! How awesome is that! And during the whole last week I was preparing a surprise Birthday party for Stacey. I had to do sooo many things on Saturday + I was working so it was kinda tight. I had so much food in my room, that was crazy. I took most of the food like cheese, fruit and bread from school and the rest I got with my class mate Sarah and Eric and Co. helped a lot, so thanx guys! I didn't take pics, but some other people did, so I will post them as soon as I get them.
Other then that, I'm in Basic and classical cakes class now and it's awesome! It's our first female Chef, Chef Adams. She rules. + She's the first American chef so far, he he! I truly enjoy the class, we learn a LOT. And don't forget that my big Baking practical is coming up in 2 weeks!! And I'm going hom in 2 and a half weeks, can you believe it?!?

Evo me napokon!! Uh, bilo je gusto, a i sad kad imam vremena dist sam se ulijenila...he he...Ma, pripremala sam Stacey rođendansku zabavu iznenađenja. Toliko sam imala stvari za napravit i sve organizirat, uh! Party se održao vani, u ovom ogromnom Gazebo-u, s prekrasnim pogledom na rijeku. Eric se pobrinuo za roštilj, ja za ostale sitnice. A da ne spomenem da sam radila tu subotu tako da nisam imala dosta vremena,a li sve je ispalo super! Stacey je bila maksimalno iznenađena! Nisam slikavala, ali Eric i Markus jesu tako da moram otić kod njih po slike i onda ću ih objavit ;)
Još uvijek intenzivno radim na externshipu, i tata i ja! Danas je bio sastanak, tako da očekujem odgovor do petka jeli mi napokon odobreno! uh... A opet viza...
ANYWAYS, sada sam u Basic and classical cakes class!! Super, super mi je, od same nastave do Chef-a, ovaj put prvi ženski Chef, i to Amerikanka! He he...stvarno je super, nemam riječi, i sada napokon UČIMO, dosta informacija.
Za 2 tjedna mi je veliki baking practical, a za 2 ipo tjedna idem KUĆI!!! Uh, ne mogu vjerovat...
