Za Bertu

Berta, onaj post na mom blogu sam postavila, nakon sto sam razgovarala s curom koja se priprema za takmicenje u oblikovanju tijela i ona mi je rekla sto jede i kako vjezba, isto tako pod strucnim nazorom. Sve ono sto je u mom postu mi je i ona rekla. Vazno je sta jedes. Ona jede "lean protein"(pileca prsa, riba i plodovi mora, jaja, itd) i povrce. Jede 6 puta dnevno i vjezba 7 dana tjedno.
Gle, kako ne shvacas, da ti se koza objesila ZBOG tako malog unosa kalorija, odnosno prebrzog mrsavljenja. U cemu bi bio problem, da mrsavis SPORIJE? Zar ti to ne bi bilo ZDRAVIJE? Ja ti nisam rekla da ne trebas mrsaviti, nego da to mozes raditi SPORIJE. Onda ti se koza ne bi objesila. Zasto ne priznas, da si pretjerala, jer si nestrpljiva, a ne da mene napadas, jer sam ti rekla ISTINU. Prije si tvrdila da se tebi koza nece objesiti, dakle vec jedan znak da, mozda, ipak, nisi skroz u pravu.
Takoder, nije mi jasno zasto ne vjezbas pod strucnim nazorom?
Kad si vec toliko ulozila u svoje mrsavljenje, mislim da bi ti bilo korisno, da se obratis za pomoc osbnom treneru i nutricionistu.
