Collectively, the Akashic Records are a field of energy that holds the past, present, and future knowledge of all things, and it manifests everywhere at once. Within this all-encompassing field are individual energy fields for each being that are immensely vast in their own right. An individual field is known as the Akashic Record, the Akashic Field, or The Book of Life for an individual; and it contains every thought, word, intent, emotion, and deed of that soul from the time it leaves its point of origin until the end of time. This field also holds the deepest meanings and connections between each piece of information, plus the soul’s purpose, callings, talents, and lessons. Information in each soul’s Record becomes available through a certain unique frequency, like a fingerprint encoded into the energies of the universe.

People access the Records in a variety of ways for a variety of purposes. For instance, the famous 20th Century prophet and medium, Edgar Cayce, accessed Akashic information while in a kind of trance state. It was within this state that he was able to bring forth information to heal multitudes as well as to see into the past and future as few have. He gave 14,306 readings that have been well documented and studied, covering over 10,000 topics. He founded the Association for Research & Enlightenment in Virginia in 1931, and this organization still builds upon the information revealed in Cayce’s readings.

Nostradamus also admitted using the field of the Akashic Records to bring forth all of his prophecies, but he worked with methods of access derived from Greek oracles, mysticism, and the Kabbalah. Still other Akashic Record consultants invoke sacred prayers to gain access, or receive information while they sleep or through other rituals.

Famous inventors, musicians, writers, and creators of every type have felt a deep connection to the Akashic Records—even when not consciously aware of it—and have received amazing works from them. The Records indicate that one’s frequency must be aligned a certain way to receive the information imparted. So, to receive a musical composition, one must generally have some musical ability; to receive a literary work, one must be somewhat literate; and to receive an idea about the makeup of subatomic particles, one must have some understanding of laws of Nature or a propensity toward physics. The Akashic Records stipulate that an idea may come forth simultaneously from places on opposite ends of the globe when there is a necessity for that idea. In such a case, more than one person must hold the frequency to accept that particular piece of information.

People who access the Akashic Records frequently receive ideas for inventions or other works long before they come into being. For instance, I received concrete plans for GPS, movies on demand, home PC repair businesses, and ergonomics in the early 1970s. The technology for movies on demand is still in its infancy, but the other ideas have flourished. Some people who access the Records receive information before the fact to avert danger or other misfortunes, for themselves and others.

Certain individuals have the ability to access and utilize the special field of the Akashic Records to help individuals move past blocks to success, relationships, path, prosperity, health, and personal truth. Spiritual counselors, consultants, life coaches, or healers of various types gain access to a client’s Records after receiving informed consent, and then they work through any issues that a client requires clarity or closure. One who accesses the Records on another’s behalf can often empower somebody to release blocks to self-knowledge, purpose, prosperity, or growth very quickly. Once lessons are learned, and the soul’s purpose becomes clear, one is free to move to the next life task. Somebody adept at the Records can see into addictive patterns, the whys of self-defeating behaviors and relationships, the whys of negative habitual responses, and effective ways to create alignment and action in life.

Soul Contracts can keep us tied to the past. We no longer need these contracts. We are evolving into deeper understandings of integrity, respect and free will.

How do you know if you have a Soul Contract?

Obligation is one of the major "symptoms" of being in a contract with someone. A contract can be anywhere between complicated and simplistic. They are often entered into because of a debt one person felt they owed another person.

Soul Contracts often happen in the midst of trauma. Let's say a woman was falling from a window, her enemy is there waiting for her to fall from pure exhaustion. She is begging him to help her, finally she bargains with him saying she will do whatever he wants if he will just save her life. He agrees to save her life and from that time on, she feels a debt and it never seems to be repaid.

Sometimes lovers make soul contracts such as the promise to take care of each other no matter what happens.

It is our belief that just about anyone can learn to do all of the services offered here. We know this to be true and have witnessed it time and again. As with all endeavors, some of the skills take longer to acquire than others. The releasing of Vows and Oaths is readily available to all.

With that said, we are also aware that not everyone is in an internal space that provides them with the necessary confidence, clarity or focus to accomplish these tasks. In many of the Houses of Cards that Marlana does with clients, the applicable Vows and Oaths are pulled and dissolved. Prior to using the House of Cards method, Marlana would release the Vows or Oaths by themselves, one at a time. This is still powerful, even when done this way.

You are able to cancel and release the oaths and vows yourself. All that is required is the internal Intent, clarity and specific request to Spirit to have it be so.

I have new information for you. A vow to God given in pure intent in ANY lifetime is taken into the next lifetime, and carries through the veil over and over. You could not easily drop the vow, because your inner soul is committed to God. If you were going to spiritually awaken and be the shaman in those past lifetimes, you had to sacrifice many things back then.

Lightworker, are you having trouble with keeping and holding relationships? Abundance? Having a normal life? This could be why! Let me tell you now that for those of you who have crossed the Bridge of Swords, this new energy gives you permission to drop all vows! Perhaps some of you thought you would be alone forever? You do not have to forsake relationships anymore. Let us hold a ceremony right now.

Visualize the old vows you took in those old days, releasing themselves. See them floating away into the air. Celebrate the release in this new energy! Kryon has never said anything about this, ever! I could not even begin to broach this subject in the old energy. This is not possible before.

If you've ever felt negative energy in a home or woken up in the middle of the night feeling a sense of unease, then chances are that there is a ghost in your living environment. It might not be an actual discarnate, though - it might just be some energy residue from a previous resident.

Both things can cause a noticeablly heavy atmosphere in a home. For instance, in my years working as a professional ghostbuster, I often encountered what I call "old lady energy." This was common in homes where an old woman had lived for decades, even if she didn't actually die in the home. That sense of heaviness, of someone hanging around, unwilling to let go, is very common in cases where an older person lived for years as they began to experience declining physical and mental health. That energy really STICKS to the walls.

You don't have to be an energy sensitive to sense it, either. Most people will pick up on something just not being right in such a home.

Whenever we live in a home, apartment or dorm, we leave behind an energy trace. This energy deposit consists of emotions, thoughts, and experiences we had while living there. Sensitive people, especially children, will immediately pick up on these energies when they come into that space. And even adults will often sense this stuff, especially when they spend quiet time alone in the space.

I worked on a haunted home years ago in northern New Jersey owned by a couple named Glenn and Jackie Wershung. The Wershings invited the Sci-Fi Channel's Sightings show into their home, and I was called in to investigate and clear out the ghosts I found.

The house sat on a vortex with very complex and intense energies. I worked on clearing out a bunch of different presences from their home, including several ghosts and also a very angry elemental spirit that manifested to Jackie one night as terrifying black, doglike creature that attacked her when her husband was away on a business trip.

Since I cleared it out, the hauntings grew less intense, but they have still had the occasional incident in the years since then.


The main thing to realize is that you can claim your living space and take ownership of the energies there. If you are firm in your intentions and are clear that you want any negative energies to leave, they have to go. Lacking clear intent, though, those presences might stick around for a while. It's all about you taking charge of the quality of energy in your environment.

While invoking God/Goddess/Great Spirit or the presence of a healing being like Jesus, Buddha, or the archangel Michael can also be helpful, ultimately it's all about you sending these presences off to the Light and setting them on a course to reach a better, more peaceful, place.

Just for fun, I did a Google search today on the keywords "How to remove a curse." The first thing that popped up was one of those typical spells promoted by those who inhabit what I like to call "the underbelly of the occult." These are people who are to be commended in their own way, because at least they are learning to work with spiritual energy and mental/emotional intent through performing spells. A spell is just a highly concentrated prayer, you know. Prayers and spells are really the same thing. So at least people who perform spells are starting to come into their spiritual power as creative energy beings. Unfortunately, this is more than many religious people are managing to accomplish through the study of their faith, especially if they have become bogged down in dogma. It's not their fault, exactly. Religious teachers usually don't understand how energy works, so the students don't, either.

On the other hand, some people who are into spells subscribe to the whole "Scary crones on the heath muttering under their breath with wolfsbane and bat's blood cursing their enemies" school of thought. And that would appear to be the energy of this person's spell recommendations at the link I'm about to share with you. (And hey, you crones out there, I love you! I'm not talking about the good crones. I'm talking about your worst nightmare crones who are the living embodiment of the destructive qualities of Hecate. You know who you are. I think such ladies need to watch more Monty Python or something. They could stand some lightening up.)

Playing around with spell stuff can be a lot of fun; I'll be honest with you. It teaches you how truly powerful you are. Most people do NOT experience real results that are measurable and tangible when they pray. So folks who have grown tired of seeing their prayers remain ineffective are often drawn to the world of magic and spells. This is because they haven't been taught that prayer is a magical art, and it needs to be done with passion, power, conviction, and sometimes ritual can help, too.

The Lord's Prayer, for instance, is one of the most powerful prayer/spells out there, but our church elders long ago hid away the magical keys of this prayer so that the average person would never have access to that power. The Lord's Prayer can be used to open up the energy of all of the chakras or energy centers of the body. It can also accomplish global healing. There are energy cues in it that are very specific that we have long forgotten how to use. The Lord's Prayer is a spell for energy alignment with the divine power of creation. How many times do you feel that power pulse through you when you say that prayer? That's what kids should be taught in Bible school, the real "meat" of Christianity. Then they wouldn't need Harry Potter to convince them that metaphysical energy is real.

Why Some People Don't Heal

Many spells and much magic can be oriented towards good. But you can be too WILLFUL in your desire to do good, so you still have to proceed carefully. You don't want to heal someone of cancer, for instance, if the person's Higher Self has manifested that cancer as an important spiritual challenge which might inspire that person to grow and to grasp the hand of God for the first time in his or her life. Waving your magic wand and curing them stops this whole, sacred process that that person has set up for themselves. And that's interfering with their spiritual journey, which is a big no-no. Even Jesus didn't heal everyone of their ailments. The people He healed had a sacred agreement to receive healing and to open to a higher level of spirituality through interacting with Him. The healing was an important step in their spiritual journey. Sometimes illness is, too, much as we'd like to avoid it. Any challenge that we face can become a sacred tool for self-discovery. We need a certain amount of challenges, because if we're always given the easy way out, we never grow.

On the other hand, when someone who is ill is able to be fully receptive of the spiritual energy you are trying to bring into their lives, and that person is starting to see that there are OTHER ways to connect with a Higher Power than having to do it through manifesting a potentially fatal illness (which, alas, is sometimes the only time in a person's life when they truly get interested in communication with the Divine)......if the person is really ready to move beyond the need for experience things negatively and is ready to switch over into manifesting "miracles" (a miracle is just a prayer coming true when we don't expect it to happen)......then it's appropriate to work towards healing them.

Assuming Responsibility for Your Energy Creations

Anyway, the link I'm including below is from someone whose whole solution to "removing a curse" is to conjure up all manner of darkness and to aim the energy of the curse back at its source, multiplied by three times.

What good does this do? It manifests pain for the person who did the curse, generally makes them angrier, can potentially trigger "magical warfare" between the two of you, and spreads pain and misery and drama for all.

Get real.

Let's move out of the Harry Potter/Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker shenanigans and start being responsible for the energy frequency of this planet we're living on.

When you pollute it with your own dark creations and make life generally unlivable for yourself and others, what good have you done? Usually, you just end up bitching about how awful things are later on. If you want life to be a perpetual bitch session, then fine, go about this process in an unenlightened way, and you'll manifest exactly what you desire....more pain and torture. And usually the blood of innocents, too. Because when you lob the energy of a curse back at someone who has harmed you with their negative intent, that circle of energy will spread outwards throughout that person's life, and their family members, coworkers, friends, lovers, children, etc. will also be negatively affected.

And what did THEY do to deserve the wrath of some two-bit amateur sorcerer like yourself?

The energy behind the spell recommendations made in this piece referenced below is the same energy the Republicans and the Democrats are using, the terrorists and the non-terrorists are using, the Irish Catholics and the Irish Protestants are using, yada yada yada ad nauseum (insert the name of any other hopelessly polarized groups here.)

It's all the same stuff.

There's a point when the fighting has to end. You may be annoyed, disgruntled, and/or really upset because someone has aimed unkind energy at you and disrupted your life.

That's when you have a brief window of opportunity to make a choice.

Will you act as a creature of peace or as a creature of chaos?

The decision you make affects the world that you end up living in.

Here's the link to the "How to remove a curse" spell. I don't recommend that you do ANYTHING in this spell. But you should have a look at it, anyway. Also, don't confuse this approach to spell-casting with any of the extremely loving, powerful and wise womyn and men who practice magic in other forms. This is the dark side, folks. There's quite a huge difference between the two.

And don't read this spell and decide to go down to your local New Age shop and lecture the owner about how the New Agers are destroying the moral fabric of society, 'kay? Cause we're not. Certain ELEMENTS within the New Age community are still trafficking in the dark arts and causing all manner of chaos. There are others working to heal the rips in the etheric that have been caused by such people. Similarly, certain ELEMENTS within Christianity, Judaism, Islam and all of the world's biggest faiths are working to spread chaos on this planet. There are others who are focused on the divine aspects of their religion and are living in a way that is truly connected to a loving, heart-centered, Higher Power, and they are determined to create a more positive outcome here.

So no group bashing, okay? There's a lot of that going on around the Net these days, and it's like watching two bratty kids throwing sand into each others' eyes while playing in the sandbox of life. Annoying, stupid, and dangerous.

Removing a curse is complex on the one hand and very easy to do on the other.

Basically, a curse creates a hole or a crack in a person's energy field (the auric field around the body.) It's this hole that allows all manner of disease, chaos, and unpleasant events/situations to start flooding into a person's life.

A curse can be on a place (so that a location becomes a dark vortex for bad things and entities and negative situations.)

It can also be on a group of people (a romantic couple; a family; an entire lineage of people, multi-generationally; a race; a nation; and more.)

It can also be on an individual.

If you're trying to heal yourself, invoke God/a Higher Power/your angels and spiritual guides and ask them to seal up any holes in your auric field. The archangel Michael, the spiritual warrior, is excellent at this, as is the archangel Raphael, who is the primo healing angel. I also do all of my healing work with the help of Jesus, who is the BEST as far as loving, transformative energy goes. At the same time, I'm not a Christian in the traditional, church-going, Bible thumping manner of the word, and I am uneasy being classified as Christian. I think of myself more as a gnostic Christian, one who enjoys and appreciates the divine love and guidance of Jesus and seeks to enter into understanding Him better through direct revelation, not through dogma. And He is not my only teacher or spiritual guide. He's part of my spiritual "posse!" Well, head of the posse, really.

Anyway.......after you have invoked and are in a clear space, feeling spiritually connected, ask your Higher Assistance to remove any accumulated negative entities, thoughtforms, illnesses, emotions, and general chaos that have become stuck within your own energy body - both physically and spiritually - and ask them to take that stuff off to the Light.

Also invoke to have all spells removed - because that's what a curse really is. A spell isn't always a rhymed couplet performed by the light of the full moon with a cauldron on hand. A spell is really just a highly-charged, highly-specific set of conditions and rules that has been imbued with spiritual energy. The spell part of the curse is the template that drives the curse through time -- the mechanism, if you will, that keeps that darned Energizer Bunny of doom marching. So you want to disable that.

As you are invoking for this, you can imagine a divine electric violet shade (deep, rich purple with gold sparkling energy buzzing within it) clearing you out. This energy works wonders. Negative entities cannot tolerate that particular color vibration. They are completely allergic to it!

And it's also important to set a clear, unbending intent that you cancel all effects of a curse throughout time and probability for yourself (or for others who are involved.) Plus, transmuting that energy into divine blessing (instead of a curse) is also important, because it removes the negative charge.

The more love you can have in your heart when you invoke, the better, because it truly connects you with the healing powers of forgiveness and the world of divine helpers.

When we are removing a curse, we have to forgive OURSELVES, too....because sometimes we have engaged in horrible behaviors and dysfunction because of the negative energy we've been caught up in. This behavior may have driven us throughout this life or through a succession of lifetimes. So self-forgiveness is another piece of the puzzle. This aspect of the healing can become an ongoing project as you continue in your spiritual practice and learn more about the ever-expansive properties of love.

It can be good to use holy "props," things which connect you with higher energy. Examples include: lighting a white or gold or violet candle; using cedar and sage or frankincense to clear yourself out and to consecrate your space as a healing zone; playing inspiring music; that sort of thing.

Choice of setting can be important, too. Sometimes it's powerful to do this work outside in the sunshine or at a beautiful spot out in nature where you can connect with true feelings of peace. Being in an environment that is peaceful can help you to center THAT feeling permanently into your life instead of continuing the dance of chaotic vibration.

So be creative and spontaneous and get yourself into a mode where you realize you ARE powerful and you CAN take control of the energy flow in your life....and it is always within you to banish the presence of the dark. Ultimately, it will never have any hold over you, because you are a creature of the light. You are a spiritually sovereign, immensely powerful being of love, and what you say goes!

One additional note - if you want to remove a curse that YOU have set in motion, one which has negatively affected others, everything I've mentioned above still applies. Just focus the healing on the "victims" (those who were harmed) and also remember to work on your own healing, too. Self-forgiveness is an especially important aspect of the process if you want to put a real end to the whole "feedback loop" of energy that was first generated by the curse.

I hope these ideas have been helpful to you. Obviously, this is just a brief overview of a much larger subject, but all of these ideas do work very well when used in a faith-filled, loving way.

Also, you might want to buy a book I've found to be very helpful. It's called Remarkable Healings, and it was written some years ago by an Indian psychiatrist named Dr. Shakuntala Modi. She discovered when using hypnosis to help her patients that we tend to have all manner of entity attachments that we've picked up along the way, and they can severely interfere with our health on a physical, emotional, and mental level. By invoking the help of God/Goddess/angels/Jesus etc. (whomever you embrace as a loving Higher Power) and asking them to clear you out, you can experience amazing healing.

I apply some of her ideas when I do my own healing work for myself and others, and it's truly miraculous the effects I've seen. I was going to write about some of these events here, but I think people will misinterpret them and think that I'm "bragging," which isn't right. I've never been able to accomplish ANYTHING on my own, metaphysically speaking, without first aligning myself with the divine power of love, of God/Goddess/Great Spirit, and the world of spiritual helpers. So when I say "I've" done something, I'm really saying, "We." I just attempt to be an instrument of peace, which is all that any healer needs to do, ultimately! It's our job to get ourselves out of the way and let something bigger and more loving than ourselves move through us. That's the power that moves mountains and heals illness, this primal force of creation.

I'm not talking about "channeling," either, at least not in the way many people conceive of it. For me, it's more a matter of opening my heart, focusing my mind and intentions in a loving way, and invoking the vibration of the divine. I think of it as plugging into the Cosmic Internet, that sum total of wisdom and peace that is so much greater than any of us.

Curses are real, and each of us is capable of creating them. The "evil eye" is nothing more than sending out negative, hateful intent to someone and being so powerful in your desire for that person to experience pain that the energy of your desire overrides their natural psychic protection (and their desire to be well.)

As you can imagine, the world is full of people cursing each other, in one form or another. You needn't follow any particular belief system to generate a curse. Christians, Jews, Muslims, and pagans alike are all capable of generating curses. Even praying at the beginning of a ball game for YOUR team to win and for the other guys to go down is, in itself, a lower form of curse. If you aim the prayer more towards "Dear God, let's all have a great experience, a safe experience, out here on the playing field, and may the most gifted people win," then you're using the GOOD side of the FORCE instead of the Dark Side of the Force. So to speak.

People who are highly adept with shaping and forming subtle energies are the most talented at throwing out curses (although it's not a talent I would recommend that anybody work to acquire.) Many people with major metaphysical talent have never been "trained" - they just have it as a natural gift. So a child of ten with intensely concentrated focus is often a more dangerous person to be around when he's seriously pissed off than a 70-year-old lifelong Enochian magic practitioner who believes he's "all that," metaphysically speaking. A little kid with complete, absolute faith will knock the socks off of a dogma-entrenched half-believer, any day. The same unshaking belief that a faith healer brings to his work is the same power that can deliver a curse, if one dips into the negative energies instead of the loving ones.

Kids don't need ritual. They are more purely and immediately connected to their intent. That's why they are live wires, psychically, and they need to be taught how to be responsible for the energy that they generate.

But since adults, by and large, are clueless about the energy that THEY generate, and they've made an incredibly messy world because of it, they're usually not too helpful with guiding their kids and steering their psychic development. The average kid ends up receiving most of his psychic training from Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Harry Potter, and the Star Wars trilogies, which are missing many important Heloise tips for handling energy in a healthy and empowered manner.


Reversing a Curse

How do we protect ourselves from curses and the negative intentions of others? True psychic protection always comes down to self-love, self-esteem, and establishing a strong, unbending connection to a loving Higher Power, one which you can access when times get tough.

I've worked with other healers to reverse curses and heal the people, land, and situations which have been affected by the curse throughout time and probability.

It's a lot of $&*!in work. I swear, there needs to be a "Gandalf/white wizard fund" for healers to tap into so that they can work full-time to correct the energy problems that have been generated on this planet. I've spent twenty years on this stuff so far and have received tremendous thanks from the animal kingdom, the plant kingdom, and the mineral kingdom whenever I'm able to clear something out. But appreciation from the people involved? Let's just say I don't hold my breath waiting for applause. Most adults are still busy denying that spiritual energy exists in any coherent form. The kids get what I'm doing, though.


How to Perform a Curse


Curses can be bound with a prescribed set of conditions, a situational template through which they become active. Think of this as the curse having a "domain" or sphere of influence. A curse may not affect everything in a person's life. It may just be active in a certain arena.

For instance, one curse I helped to remove had been embedded into multiple generations of a family. This family was unusually troubled by miscarriages, deformed children, and fertility issues. Someone had cursed their family line's ability to bear healthy children many hundreds of years ago. So that had to be healed throughout time for all of the people who had been affected, and the original source of the curse had to be transmuted and resolved. Tricky stuff, and definitely not Metaphysics 101.

Everyday Curses Carry Power


I've known lots of people who have cursed others simply because they were mad or didn't get what they want. One woman confessed to me during a reading that she had done this many times. She had been a producer on Broadway and her star was starting to decline. She was being pushed out of getting new gigs and was no longer welcome with the "in" groups who were putting together all the big shows. So she cursed some of the people she felt were thwarting her. Several of them died. One had a horrible traffic accident. Others got AIDS even though they weren't engaging in any high risk behaviors and were using condoms with their partners. That sort of thing.

I knew another woman who cursed the wife of a man she wanted to marry. The woman committed suicide shortly thereafter, saying that she saw "demons" in the room with her that were trying to claim her soul. (The man did end up getting engaged to the woman who performed the curse, but he broke up with her before long. He could sense the negative energy around her, even though he didn't entirely understand its nature.)

Sigh. What I have seen, heard, and directly experienced about the dark side of the occult would singe the hair off your head. Or your toes. Or wherever your hair is gathered at the moment.

I want to share more about this important subject with all of the "energy dabblers" out there but do so in a way that doesn't scare the crap out of them. But maybe that's not possible. A good scary story will often act as healthy deterrent, especially if it's true.

Suffice it to say that the old adage about how negative energy you put out will return to you in threes, greatly multiplied in intensity, is very, very real. People who perform curses tend to forget about this fact in the heat of the moment and get swept away in their own momentary feelings of power.

The woman who cursed her competitors on Broadway became sick and unemployed and had other tragedies happen in her life.

The lady who cursed the man's wife experienced a bad car accident and disabilities, among other troubles. And, of course, the man broke up with her.

Karma. It will turn around and bite you in the ass, you know. Best not to leave your behind exposed, and to do good as much as you can, extending a positive net of energy as far as you can spread it. That's the best insurance against negative karmic payback.

And get a grip on your anger, because indulging in it can conjure up horrible things from the etheric realms.

The Power of Common Curse Words


For instance, common curse words and phrases are very dangerous on an energy level.

Many people like to use the phrase "Jesus f$%&ing Christ" when they are upset.

Energy sensitives like me can see the chaotic beings who are instantly summoned, out of thin air, to keep the angry person bound in negative energy.

Calling for Jesus, on the other hand, in a loving and respectful way, creates the exact opposite effect, as you might imagine. Jesus is a much nicer guy to hang out with than any of those bottom dwellers in the lower astral realms.

So, before you smite your enemies with negative energy, I'd advise you to take a chill pill. It's the best way to prevent troubles for yourself up ahead.

And that way, shamans, healers, and energy sensitives won't have to clean up your mess afterwards - ten or a hundred years from now.

I mean, I'm a Virgo, so I like tidying up, but when it's the whole frickin' world that people have spoiled with their anger and their demonic intergenerational conjuring, even the most industrious Virgo tends to get exhausted.

We could use a break.

Psychic energy is real. It's how we shape it, utilize it, and toss it out into our environment which determines the quality of life that we all experience.

Personally, I'm all for less cursin' and more lovin'. :)

The techniques described in this article can be used by anyone safely.

Psychic energies are a type of energy. Everybody has psychic energies. They can be used in positive and negative ways. Usually, if you are becoming aware of psychic energies it’s part of your spiritual development. You are raising your vibration by taking responsibility for what you do with your energy field and what you let into it.

You can recognise if you have psychic cords or attachments to other people because you may feel tired, drained, angry or even scared and upset; all of a sudden and for no reason.

When the person thinks of you they feed of your energy field. If someone is psychically attacking you they probably won’t even realise they are doing it. We are not taught this at school!

I see psychic energies as dirty gold cords that come and try and attach to you. They usually go to the solar plexus area first because it is your sense of self and identity. Once the energy is in the solar plexus it moves to the sacral chakra. The sacral chakra is the area of your energy field where you create your solutions. If negative energy is there it makes you feel fearful, overwhelmed and unable to cope. You feel upset and helpless. In time you can ground the psychic energies. However, it takes time and wears you out in the process. You may feel very tired or have constant mood changes.

It is good to be aware of psychic energies, as you will start to realise how you are channelling others unwanted feelings. Remember you came here to be your unique and powerful and loving self not someone else’s crappy energies.

The following meditation will help you clear yourself of any unwanted energies. Your angels will help you and oversee this.

Put yourself in a golden ball of light and ask for your guides and angels to come close to you.

* Ask the Order of Melchizedek for their help in getting rid of lower energies.
* Ask Archangel Michael to scan your body and cut all cords seen and unseen in all dimensions and directions of time and space.
* Next ask who is sending you their unwanted energies as you will have two or three people who use you as an emotional dumpster. You will see a face or think of a name. Go with what you get.
* Put them in golden light and yourself. Ask Archangel Michael to cut the cords between you and them. You will see the psychic energy as ropes waving about in air if you are clairvoyant.

Whatever you experience doing the above is right for you. Practice as often as you like. In time you will be so sensitive to other energies coming into your energy field that the above will be automatic. Think of it as your energy hygiene like brushing your teeth. Remember we all have Divine spark in us so don’t judge others for their fear. Show them how to rise above it using love. Treating everyone with love and compassion is your ultimate protection and gift.
