Check Valve Quality Inspection Method

The quality of the product is important when the check valve is doing a lot of work. The normal operation of the check valve is the guarantee of the work continuity. In the leisure time, the check valve can be checked by various testing methods to achieve the purpose of safety work. So, how to detect check valve?


We usually divide the most simple detection method of the check valve into three steps:
First, open the check valve passage, water is filled with valve chamber, and step up to the strength test requirements pressure, check the valve body, valve cover, gasket, filler leakage.

Two, close the valve way, check valve side pressure to nominal pressure, check from the other side of the leakage.

Of course, there are more complex testing methods, the following method is pointed out for more complex potential problems, and its steps can be basically divided into two steps:

One, check valve test pressure, nominal pressure is 0.4Mpa-32Mpa, these commonly used pressure valve, valve strength, test pressure is 1.5 times of its nominal pressure. Valve sealing test pressure is equal to 1.1 times of the nominal pressure.

Two, the check valve test bed usually has a pressing part on it. There is a pipeline connected with the pressure test pump below. When the electric valve is pressurized, the air in the valve should be discharged. The upper platen of the test stand has an exhaust hole to open and close with a small valve. The sign of the clean air is that all the air out of the exhaust hole is water. After the vent is closed, start the boost. The boosting process should be slow, not sharp. After reaching the required pressure, keep for 3 minutes and the pressure remains the same.

Method for mounting lifting check valve
