Between 2018 and 2035, Hope County has changed in many unexpected ways, as the post-apocalyptic world is in fact teeming with life and vibrant colors, following in RAGE 2's footsteps that is also leaving the established in popular culture vision of the end times behind. After about a year from Far Cry 5, Ubisoft Montreal returns with a new game in the series that aims to tell us what happened after the end of that episode, and in the following years. Far Cry New Dawn, in fact, is a spin-off that also acts as a follow-up to the fifth regular chapter of the series.
