The new housemate, Ling, is a Chinese girl from Beijing who spent a few years in Australia. Of course I'm still resenting the upheaval in the routine I've established between me and "The Horkman" (the disgusting fat Brit in the back room), but I'm trying to be nice. Still, when she woke me up at seven today, on the one day I manage to sleep in, I almost snarled at her in the kitchen.
I'm meeting Ivan in Kensington Market for lunch and grocery shopping, I might go to the movies later in the evening. No plans to make this day more exciting. Yesterday I went in to the lab and later on for "The Damned" in the Cinematheque. I ran away after the SA massacre sequence because there was this nauseous fat sweating heaving WALRUS squeezed into the seat next to me (plopped in after we were all seated) and I simply couldn't take any more of his wheezing, scratching, moaning and pushing his fat arms into my side.
