This thing has microchips... batteries... circuits... and an LCD screen. All of this just to tell you how many licks it takes to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop.
We're not sure how it works, but every time you lick the Tootsie Pop (included), the counter increases by one number. It's a technological marvel and a piece of sheer idiocy all wrapped into one.
It comes with a plastic cover so you can stop licking and save your pop for later. Batteries are included, too.
