(Fixed) PCMtuner unable to use interface J2534: Scanmatik - SM2 USB
Customer Question: When I use the PCMtuner ECU programmer, the device displays "Unable to use the selected interface (J2534: Scanmatik - SM2 USB)" as shown in the picture, what should I do?
OBD2shop.co.uk technician replied: Uninstall the Scanmatik driver in Device Manager, then restart the computer, reinstall the Scanmatik driver and then reconnect the device.
