Preveden je na italijanski jezik, a prevod je uradila Ana Ferluga, takođe trenutno se rade prevodi na nemački i engleski jezik ovog lepog ljubavnog dela. Moguće da će pored dela slične tematike na nemačkom jeziku ''Geheimnis Marquise de Champagne'' i roman ''Küsse auf der Seufzerbrücke'' biti pred izdavačima nemačkog govornog područja.
