I'm running IE8 on WinXP SP3 32-bit and I get this message more frequently now from banking websites, etc. The button is not grayed out. I have automatic updates turned on. The PC with this error is a distance from here. €Clicking that error gives the screen in the center that seems to point to an incompatibility in program QuickPayment. We've found that the PC is running Vista SP1, and I've downloaded SP2 to install. That will allow me to install IE9, which hopefully will resolve the problem. Please let me know if you feel that these upgrades will resolve this issue. This screenshot appears on AOL's homepage. I believe this comes from AOL. Is my assessment correct here?
