These are Chinese made speakers for sure. You might find some very nice oldies there by a very reasonable price. Cabs from this era would have large checked grill, plastic handles, smooth covering, thin gold piping running front to back on the top panel on each side.

Also, the label says Rola Celestion. According to this speaker that puts it at no earlier than 1970.
