The Company: Our Client is a Leading Global Operator in the Oil and Gas Industry. The Role: The Offshore Hook-up Planning Engineer will provide a hook Planning Service and support to the Offshore Hook-up planning in London and then Aberdeen for the Execution phase of the project. This will include working with multiple contractors on several key contracts for the successful installation hook the Offshore facilities. Ensure that contractor plans are summarized, transferred and integrated into the client Master Control Schedule. Provide a feedback loop between the plans through application of knowledge of the ongoing Hook-up activities and constraints. Preparation of various Reports, Histograms etc, as required, indicating progress achieved and highlighting any deviations from the plan and proposed corrective actions. Participate in the various Schedule Risk Analysis engineers for the Offshore Hook-up scope. Prepare various ad hoc reports and schedules as requested by the Project Services Team Lead and his team, as well the functional Planning manager. Experience in both Operator and Contractors environments. Good communications skills both written and verbal Highly Proficient in Primavera P6 and Excel Experience working on Offshore projects preferred. Willing to travel between various client locations as well as Contractor offices. Willing to start work in London, and then transfer to Aberdeen during the Offshore Hook-up phase.
