All proposals and data that have to be sent till 21st October, 2017 should be sent in e-mail or as separate document. By article 16 of EMA Statute: “Members must sent mandate with name of representatives in GA at least 15 days in advance of GA. If they don’t sent mandate with names of representatives in GA EMA will presume that member will not participate in that GA. (…) Members cannot sent that mandate latter than 15 days in advance (…) or during GA”.
