KAKTUS I RUŽE

uz ruže jako volim kaktuse
jer kaktus je cvijet
kao moja duša:
izvana pun bodlji
a procvjeta samo u rijetke dane
i počela sam ih skupljati
dok sam još stanovala
sa tatom i mamom
u našoj kući u Trnju
ali onda je sve nestalo

... odselila sam se...
došla su neka druga vremena
sad mi je žao što to nisam nastavila
i uvijek kad prođem pored cvjećarne
potražim ruže i - kaktuse
(ako ih imaju)
zastanem pored njih
i sjetim se - duše moje

and I started collecting them while I was still living with my dad and mum in our house in Trnje-Zagreb, but then everything disappeared ... I moved ... some other times came

now I'm sorry I did not do it ... and always when I pass by the flower shop I look for roses and cactus, if they have them, I stop by them and I remember - my soul
