CHANGE IS A PROCESS,
different for all of us.
It can be managed,
if is managed, then is just acceptance similar to unidirectional basic learning.
Change need your participation in specific climate in which can grow and develop.
This climate is like humidity and other conditions which create the atmosphere.
The atmosphere is essential substance meritorious for beginning of opening, questioning and abandoning current views.
It doesn't mean that and the end you will not return to old attitudes, it just means that you are allowed that the changing process change you as well.
At that stage, we can talk about - changing process.
